Homeland: maybe just effing with us now? Todd VanDerWerff had to split last night’s episode into two parts to grade it. What did you think of it?
“Broken Hearts” is an unbelievably frustrating, incredibly compelling, out-of-its-mind bonkers, terrifically engaging episode of television. I loved the shit out of it. I also hated it. The more I think about it, the more that applies to this season of Homeland.

Last night’s Homeland was split between Carrie and Brody. Do you agree with our critic Todd VanDerWerff that the Brody story was a bit odd?
